About the Role

We are seeking licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to support our Mission Critical projects in Denver, CO! In this role, youâll apply your trade expertise across installation, layout, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and ongoing construction activities. Pay:

Responsibilities

Work on large commercial projects (hospitals, universities, hotels, etc.)
Perform electrical tasks on active construction sites
Troubleshoot, service, and repair existing systems
Oversee crew productivity and help maintain workflow efficiency

Assist with layout activities and basic material takeoffs

Qualifications

A Mechanical Engineer II will:

We will now be offering an additional weld test for RK Energy. This will be a GMAW-MC 1G Rollout test. This is where the pipe is welded in a flat position on a pipe rollout machine. If candidates donât feel they can pass the 6g FCAW weld test, please ask them if theyâve ever welded on a roll out and if they can pass this test. I am including some additional information about Metal Core (MC). This should help you better understand how it differs from FCAW, as well as the weld test specs. Iâm happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

This will be a 2 hour weld test for Energy. It should be included on your submittals as 1G Rollout GMAW-MC in the same section as our existing testing info.. If they want to take the 6g and 1G make sure to include them both and this will be scheduled in 4 hour allowances to complete both tests. .

1G (Rollout) GMAW-MC (Metal Core) Test

1G means the pipe is positioned horizontally and can be rotated while welding. Think of it like spinning a soda can while trying to draw a straight line on it.
GMAW-MC (Gas Metal Arc Welding - Metal Core) is a type of wire-fed welding that combines aspects of MIG (metal inert gas) welding with flux-core welding. It offers deep penetration and good weld quality.
Purpose: This is one of the easiest tests since the welder can roll the pipe to keep the weld in a comfortable position, making it ideal for production welding.

2^nd Shift: 2:30pm- 1am

Position Summary

Identifies, evaluates, oversees and performs mechanical and preventative repairs to plant processing equipment at multiple construction material mining and processing plant sites in Colorado. Effectively manages a small team of technicians, and oversees projects, contractors and site maintenance personnel.
