Position: CNC Machinist III

Reports To: Manufacturing Manager

Status: Full Time | Non-Exempt Their shift times are super flexible. It will be (5) 8-hr shifts if working during the week.

ROLE SUMMARY

At Titan Advanced Manufacturing, the CNC Machinist is an advanced, highly skilled tradesperson responsible for full program-to-production ownership. This role performs CNC programming, complex setups, precision machining, troubleshooting, and quality verification for advanced manufacturing projects. The Machinist independently executes work across multiple machine types and operations, blending the responsibilities of Programmer, Setup Technician, and Operator. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Programming & Process Development

•   Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (lathe, mill, multi-axis as applicable).

Machining & Production Execution

Inspection & Quality Control

•   Document results and support NCR investigations.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement

•   Mentor less experienced machinists in setup, measurement, and machining fundamentals.

•   Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to cycle time, scrap reduction, tooling improvements, and machine utilization.

•   Recommend process improvements, updated tooling packages, and efficiency enhancements.

Safety & Compliance

•   Maintain strict adherence to Titan safety standards, AS9100 procedures, and ITAR regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

•   Associate degree in manufacturing, machining technology, or completion of a full apprenticeship preferred, or equivalent experience

• By ~90 days: Independently program and run CMM inspections (CMM Manager) on tight-tolerance parts with minimal support.

What You'll Do

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined aerospace components — verifying dimensional, cosmetic, and documentation requirements.

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing production equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between mechanical, electrical, and other maintenance disciplines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems according to established schedules and manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Execute corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime and restore equipment to optimal operating condition
• Maintain, repair, and replace components including motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and other mechanical assemblies
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they result in failures

Industrial Electrical Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including 480V three-phase power distribution, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and instrumentation

Journeyman Plumber – Commercial Service & Construction

Work Breakdown

Responsibilities

As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for the physical handling of merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all products are properly stored, tracked, and distributed. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving Operations

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
• Accurately document all received goods in the inventory management system, ensuring proper data entry and record-keeping
• Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications and shipping requirements
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Process shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Verify order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors and returns
• Manage the loading and unloading of delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Communicate any shipping or receiving discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor or department

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Organize stockroom layout to maximize space utilization and ensure efficient product retrieval
• Implement proper stock rotation procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock reaches reorder points
• Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and quality control programs tailored to construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and quality deficiencies.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to educate employees and subcontractors on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to review construction plans and processes, ensuring safety and quality considerations are integrated from project inception through completion.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and company safety policies, preparing detailed reports and documentation.
• Manage corrective action plans and follow-up activities to address safety and quality concerns promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related communications with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Administer the Quality Control Program by preparing QC plans and reports, field inspections of work in progress (3 phase inspections), conducting or obtaining material tests, preparing reports, and coordination with government inspectors.
• Coordinate field work with project managers.
• Review subcontractor material, approved submittals and shop drawings, and verify construction work meets compliance.
• Assure red line (as-builts) drawings are kept up to date in the field.
• Participate and enforce in the company safety program.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• This position has 2 direct reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This position requires travel to jobs located within the state of Arkansas and southern Missouri.

 Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction, with emphasis in quality control involving small to medium sized maintenance, repair and minor construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
• Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree or non-related degree.
• Experience with a multi-million-dollar construction program including all elements required to oversee the quality control aspects of the projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management or quality control within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and quality control methodologies.
• Proven experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse teams on safety and quality practices.
