<li><span>Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices aimed at reducing waste and improving productivity.</span></li>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform installation tasks for security projects, including (but not limited to): pulling cable, installing connectors, wiring and mounting devices, and metal fabrication.</li>
<li>Conduct point-to-point testing to verify system functionality.</li>
<li>Apply advanced troubleshooting for electrical circuits and system issues.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in field and headend terminations for all systems related to security installations.</li>
<li>Mentor and support Installer I and Security Technician I team members.</li>
<li>Communicate daily jobsite status updates to Project Manager or Superintendent.</li>
<li>Work with manufacturers to initiate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as needed.</li>
<li>Review equipment lists with customers upon delivery and ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Mark up engineered drawings to reflect site changes and completed tasks.</li>
<li>Apply intermediate computer and networking skills, including:</li>
<li>Email and MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Company applications (Vista, Labor Chart, etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, servers, and basic networking concepts</li>
<li>Maintain safety, organization, and professionalism on all job sites.</li>
<li>Support commissioning activities and verify system performance to customer requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in jobsite safety meetings and toolbox talks.</li>
<li>Consistently maintain punctuality and reliability.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project leadership.</li>
<li>Accurately complete timesheets and required reporting.</li>
<li>Demonstrate professionalism in daily interactions with colleagues and clients.</li>
<li>Apply computer knowledge to company applications including Email, Vista, and Labor Chart.</li>
<li>Accurately manage and submit documentation related to work performed.</li>
<li>Overnight travel as required.</li>
