Does your experience line up?  
REBUILD PM:

• Clean Motor vehicle (< 6 points in last year)
  
• 5-10 Years experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager- MULTI-FAMILY or COMMERCIAL project experience is ideal.
  
• Experience on projects with $5 million+ in scope
  
• Multi-unit and multi-tenant experience is a plus
  
• Those with Rebuild OR Ground-up experience encouraged to apply
  
• Strong business ethics and communication skills
  
• NO Restoration Certifications or Experience necessary- But would be a PLUS
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
