We are seeking Traveling Field Foreman to join our team with up to 75% travel! The Field Service Foreman is responsible for overseeing the safe and timely installation, maintenance, service, and calibration of systems across the US. Field Service Foremen oversee the proper function of systems while maintaining excellent communication with HQ, regional management, and customers.
Foreman: $32-$35/hr
When field techs (and foreman) are traveling, their time will start when they leave their house to go to the airport. Once they are at their destination, their time starts when they leave their hotel.
Core Competencies
· 3-5 years in ready-mix production/ maintenance, construction, industrial gas, or related field
· Must be willing to travel as needed (up to 75%). This entails travel across the US via company vehicle and airline.
· Mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical experience preferred
· TIG welding and copper brazing experience required
· Ability to guide, direct and lead others
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in small teams, and independently and efficiently with little supervision
· Basic computer knowledge required (email (Gmail), Microsoft office, etc)
· Valid passport highly preferred or ability to obtain on within 3 months of hire
