Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on 316L stainless steel components used in flowmeter assemblies.

Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures.

Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, ensuring proper settings for material and thickness.

Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other team members to resolve fabrication issues.

Document work performed and maintain accurate records as required.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a GTAW and FCAW welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Must pass welding X-ray tests.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE requirements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS or ASME welding certifications.

Experience in the fabrication of precision instrumentation or flow-related components.

Knowledge of additional welding processes is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.

Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding tasks.

Will be required to work in other areas of the manufacturing line.
