As a Contents Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contents restoration and cleaning projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate contents restoration and cleaning projects from start to finish

  • Ensure proper documentation of all restored items, including before and after photos
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest restoration technologies and techniques
• Cleaning Operations:
  • Oversee cleaning operations for both residential and commercial properties
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for cleaning services
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services

• Inventory Management:
