Shipping/Receiving Material Coordinator


Shift: 1st 
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours:   7: 00AM-3: 00PM
Starting Pay Range: $20/hr
Location:   Englewood, CO


JOB SUMMARY
A custom design machining company is looking to fill the role of Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to support the team in receiving, and processing materials used in production

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
     Verify accurate information on all outgoing shipments 
     Coordinate appropriate methods of delivery for each shipment
     Prepare all shipping documentation
     Packaging & sealing outgoing shipments
     Maintaining detailed records on all shipments
     Handle purchase transactions utilizing company MRP system
     Identify incoming shipments and delivering them to their appropriate destinations
     Assist in inventory counts upon request
     Maintain accurate records of inventor within the shipping & receiving department
     Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes to move shipments to their appropriate places
     Occasionally use company vehicles to pick-up /deliver items from/to customers or other company locations


EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     High School Diploma or equivalent required
     Prior experience in shipping & receiving required
     Prior forklift, pallet jack, or crane equipment experience
     Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time
     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
     PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) required such as: eye protection, hearing protection, hand & foot protection, etc.




SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and/or pass:
     Drug screen including THC
     Criminal background screen
