We are currently seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to supervise our Maintenance Mechanics/ Field Operators! These operators will be learning to operate our Pyrolyzer machines. These machines convert biomass into a stable, carbon-rich liquid and then pump it deep underground to replenish soil. The ideal candidate is looking for a long term opportunity to lead an incredible team, should have prior leadership experience, equipment maintenance/ set up experience, and the desire to grow in a rapidly evolving industry!

Pay: $40-55 /hr DOE




Hours: 4 day work week (4 days on, 4 days off), 4 x 12 hr. shifts, 6 pm- 6 am




Requirements

• 5+ years of operations, field operations, manufacturing, or production experience
• 2+ years of direct leadership/ management experience, especially of field crews
• Certified trainer on heavy equipment strongly preferred
• Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment
• Safety First Mindset (OSHA 10, OSHA 40, or more advanced training strongly preferred)
