Are you a strategic sales leader with deep experience in ready mix or concrete? Ready to join a stable, well-respected company where your impact will be visible and valued every day? We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for one of the region’s top aggregate and construction materials providers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team focused on sales for our ready mix / concrete division

• Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen customer relationships and grow market share

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and top-tier service

• Manage pricing, contracts, and key account development

• Maintain a deep understanding of local markets and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in ready mix or concrete sales – this is a must

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding successful teams

• Excellent relationship builder – someone who thrives on connecting with customers and solving problems

• Business-savvy with a data-driven approach to growth

• Local knowledge of the construction and building materials space a huge plus
