RESTORATION/WATER & FIRE MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

Days: Monday-Friday
Hours:   8: 00AM-5: 00PM
Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Location:   Centennial, CO


JOB SUMMARY
A locally owned and operated restoration company is seeking Mitigation Technicians to join their team in servicing the Denver Metro West and surrounding areas.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    Service the Centennial and surrounding area to restore water/flood damaged sites
    Prepare each job site according to company regulations
    Set up staging area and equipment for each project.  
    Communicate with management and other technicians regarding equipment needs and any existing site damage 
    Place floor protection at each job site
    Vacuum/HEPA-vac each job site as needed 
    Demolish or extract damaged property in accordance with company safety regulations
    Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance


EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    Valid driver s license
    Water and/or mold mitigation experience is a plus
    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.G., crawl spaces, attics)
    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
    Team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility


SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and/or pass:
    Drug screen including THC
    Criminal background screen
