RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT ESTIMATOR


Shift: 1st
Days: Monday-Friday, some weekends, some on-call
Hours:   8: 00AM 5: 00PM
Starting Pay Range: $70, 000-$100, 000/year Depending on Experience
Location:   Englewood, CO


JOB SUMMARY
A locally owned and operated restoration company is seeking a Reconstruction Project Estimator to join their team in servicing the Denver Metro West and surrounding areas

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    Initiate reconstruction projects
    Communicate with customers, clients and adjusters regarding project status updates
    Report to the Restoration Manager regarding project milestone dates and project notes
    Create estimates using Xactimate
    Acquire approvals from the adjuster
    Obtain initial project invoices and payment agreement requests
    Create and maintain project budget
    Attend regular meetings with team members about new reconstruction opportunities as well as reviewing active leads/jobs
    Respond to all lines of communication in a timely manner
    Maintain digital job tracking on a daily basis to ensure all team members are up to date 
    Represent the company to respective clients and customers
    Drive company vehicles to/from job sites
    Some traveling may be required


EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     At least 2 years estimation experience
     At least 3 years' experience with restoration/reconstruction
    At least 3 years' experience using Xactimate
    Advanced mathematics skills
    Excellent communication and customer service
    Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
    Able to work in a team environment
    Willing to travel
    Must have a clear driving record


SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and/or pass:
    Drug screen including THC
    Criminal background screen
