A lean Manufacturing facility with a state-of-the-art facility is currently seeking out a QUALITY Technician that has strong dimensional inspection, great attention to detail, experience and is familiar with areas of inspection from RECEIVING to IN-PROCESS to FINAL INSPECTION. We work with medical and aerospace industries so there are VERY tight tolerances and many documentation processes in place.
Pay: $18-$23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday through Friday - 1st shift
A strong familiarity and background with DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION METHODS and the METROLOGY tools utilize for said processes such as:

• Height Gages
  
• Go / No-Go Gages
  
• Micrometers
  
• Calipers
  
• Indicators
  
• CMM' s experience- will train on this
  
• Comparators
  

We are seeking out individuals who pay very close attention to detail and who have worked in a QC role like this for at least 1-3 years. Documentation, assisting the machine operators with quality information and needs, and experience with tight tolerances are a must.
