Overview
Overall responsibility and accountability for the quality department.
Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Continuously improve levels of customer satisfaction while improving efficiency.
Increase quality team skills and capabilities.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Quality & Inspection Department;
carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws, including
AS9100 standards and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing concerns and resolving issues.


Requirements
At least 3 years quality assurance management experience, preferably in a CNC machine shop.
At least 5 years quality control inspection experience, preferably in a CNC machine shop.
Demonstrated experience using GD&T and a full range of measurement techniques.
Experience using measuring tools and instruments such as calipers, optical comparators, micrometers,
calipers, gage blocks, pin gages, thread gages, etc.
