Hi-Tech Project Manager | Industrial & Mission Critical Construction

We’re looking for a Hi-Tech Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and mission critical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple scopes, communicate well with clients and field teams, and keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects from planning through completion
  • Manage schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment across multiple scopes
  • Build and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and production plans
  • Coordinate with clients, field leadership, vendors, and project teams to maintain project progress
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking
  • Support estimating efforts including job walks, scope reviews, and quote development
  • Monitor project safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve field and project challenges quickly to minimize impact on production and schedule
  • Support continuous improvement across project operations and systems

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of industrial construction experience with increasing leadership responsibility
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager in industrial or structural construction
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to read drawings, perform field measures, and support project estimating
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple large scopes simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-driven environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Physical & Work Environment

  • Combination of office and active construction site environments
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, heights, and active industrial operations
  • Ability to walk jobsites, climb stairs/ladders, and support field operations as needed
  • Typical schedule averages approximately 50 hours per week with flexibility required based on project demands
  • Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support may be required
