Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles:

• 7+ years experience in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction for COMMERCIAL contracts.
• Experience specific to COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION is a must.
• Manage and supervise day to day operations
• Review, Estimating and bids for pending and upcoming projects.
• Review contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Ensure permits and licenses are obtained.
• Ability to Setup, monitor and update scheduling.
• Manage financial performance and budgeting.
• Ensure accurate billings and collections.
• Ensure projects are properly staffed.
• Manage and secure subs and vendors.
• Provide training, mentoring, coaching and leadership.
• Manage equipment and materials including requisitions, buyouts, submittals, prefab, tracking and delivery, etc.
• Ensure pre-construction and post-construction meetings are conducted.
• Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution.
