**Job Title:** Project Manager - Industrial and Commercial Mechanical Industry

**Salary:** $100,000 - $140,000 (plus 8% or 10% bonus)

**Position Overview:**
As a Project Manager in the industrial and commercial mechanical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. You will play a pivotal role in managing project administration, procurement of materials, and improving established schedule dates and budget costs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently make critical decisions to ensure project success.
- Oversee all required project administration tasks.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Continuously work to improve and optimize established project schedule dates and budget costs.
**Qualifications:**
- A university or college degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar role in the industrial and commercial mechanical industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
