Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team.
   • Monitor and ensure projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

2. Technical Expertise:

   • Provide engineering support, ensuring that construction activities align with project requirements.
   • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

3. Coordination and Communication:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate project milestones.
   • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any issues promptly.

4. Quality Control and Assurance:

   • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any construction-related issues.

5. Cost Management:

   • Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
   • Assist in the preparation of project estimates and proposals.

6. Safety Compliance:

   • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
   • Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
