Hiring NOW: Directors that specialize in relationship building, sales communication, estimation, and project control.
Offering $60,000-100,000 annually PLUS commission with no CAP.
You will be reporting to the San Jose location and driving to a variety of job sites nearby.
Core Qualities:
- Sales abilities and experience! Looking for expertise in Salesforce, networking, and customer service orientation. Can you floor us with your communication?
- Flexibility: you could be working all kinds of hours in the case that a client needs you on the other side of the U.S. Are you ready to take that on?
- Estimating: previous experience with Xactimate preferred
- Construction expertise
Responsibilities:
- Estimating projects through Xactimate, bids and draw ups
- Closing sales for clients/ customers
- Coordinating between Business Dev Managers, Project Managers and Engineers
- Data entry into Salesforce
- Updating customers on the estimation and project progress
- Correcting issues, trouble-shooting
- Communicating and developing relationships with insurance adjusters
- Report to the office and drive to various job sites
