We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team in Clarksville, IN! We pride ourselves on innovation, technology, and a supportive work environment to create an exciting and dynamic manufacturing experience. You must be able to program!
We are open to candidates anywhere in the country! We will pay for your relocation to Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and program 5 axis CNC machines to create intricate and high-quality parts
- Utilize CAM software to program CNC machines and bring designs to life with precision and accuracy
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure that every part meets standards and customer specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate closely with our innovative engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency in our manufacturing operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC Machining experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to program 5-axis CNC Machines with strong command of CAM software
- Prior AS9100 experience
- Expert knowledge of G-code programming and T-codes for tool selection/offsets
- Ability to write, edit and optimize 5-axis CNC programs using both ISO and conversational programming methods
- Ability to read interpret blueprints featuring GD&T, effectively translating design specifications and intent into precise, high-quality results
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong communication and teamwork skills
- MasterCAM or EspritCAM experience.
- Must have HAAS experience
