Medical Plastic Injection Molding facility that in the past few years has made large investments into its equipment and staff, and is growing, is currently seeking out a PROCESS SETUP TECHNICIAN. *Relocation package will be offered for the out-of-state right candidate!* The right candidate would have at least 2 years of recent experience and would be familiar with the world of scientific processing of plastics. Process Technician responsibilities include: * Set-up and Processing of injection molding machines through the entire process of mold preparation to passing first article inspection. * Work w/ Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to administer and control processes. * Coordinating and guiding machine operations in regards to processing. * This position requires a high degree of peripheral vision for observations of multiple operations. * Perform IQ, OQ and PQ as necessary. * Follow schedules as determined by Management. Ideally, somebody that understands this role and has been in a similar role before will be able to work under little or no supervision.
