The Opportunity

We’re a fast-growing restoration company in the Denver Metro Area looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to own and expand our plumbing and HVAC referral network. This is a field-based, high-impact role for someone who thrives on face-to-face connections, fast response times, and turning trust into long-term revenue.

If you’ve already proven you can generate serious revenue and want a market with massive upside, this role gives you the runway.

This role requires ~80% local travel throughout the Denver Metro Area.What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow referral partnerships with plumbing and HVAC companies
  • Cold call, follow up, and convert new trade partners into repeat referrers
  • Visit job sites regularly to develop strong relationships with technicians and decision-makers
  • Act quickly when partners report property damage losses
  • Support partners onsite when needed to strengthen trust and credibility
  • Track activity, leads, and partner communication accurately in the CRM
  • Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in commission-driven sales
  • Demonstrated history of generating $1M+ in revenue in a business development or sales role (required)
  • Experience in restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or skilled trades (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
  • Highly self-motivated with strong territory and time management skills
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the field when needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (80% field-based role)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $57,000
  • Commission: 5% of gross invoiced revenue on all self-generated leads (uncapped)
  • Vehicle allowance (based on experience and mileage needs)
  • 50% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision (after 60 days)
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  • PTO accrual + 6 paid holidays
