Currently hiring 3 OFFICE MANAGERS to organize and coordinate office procedures in our Great Falls location.


Must be local to Great Falls, MT. Billings, MT. Or Casper, WY.

What the job entails:
  • Provide administrative support for the Great Falls office and personnel
  • Overseeing and handling the onboarding processes
  • Process timecards from field and office staff, ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain payroll and AR/AP information
  • Assist in monthly closing process
  • Assist Accounting Manager, Controller and branch personnel as necessary
  • Collaboration with the accounting department
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as required


Job requirements:
  • Accounting or business degree, or applicable work experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years working in an office environment
  • Computer literate
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
