**Position Overview:**
As the Night Shift CNC Machinist Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the night shift operations of our CNC machining department. You will lead a team of skilled CNC machinists, set up and program machines, troubleshoot any technical issues, and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team of CNC machinists during the night shift (4: 30PM-3: 00AM) to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines and equipment, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing.
- Train and mentor junior machinists, providing guidance on machine operation, programming, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.


**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with demonstrated expertise in machine setup, programming, and operation.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and machining software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Solid understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and materials.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift environment (4: 30PM-3: 00AM).
