Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: Monday through Friday 6am-4pm
Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our operations team and contribute to our seamless production and distribution processes.
Position Overview:
The Material Handler plays a critical role in our supply chain management by ensuring that materials, components, and products are efficiently and accurately moved throughout our facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and components.
- Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare and package materials for production according to specifications.
- Collaborate with production and assembly teams to deliver the right materials in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of fragile and hazardous materials.
- Follow proper safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance material flow and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in material handling is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and labeling of materials.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing demands.
