Manufacturing Supervisor


Shift: 1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6: 00 AM-2: 30 PM 
Starting Pay Range: $75, 000-85, 000/year 
Location: Englewood, CO


Manufacturing company specializing in renewable recourses is looking for team members to fill the role of Manufacturing Supervisor in the Englewood area.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
     Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, and observing control points and equipment
     Effectively communicate expectations to the other workers
     Assess existing or create new efficient work flows 
     Maintain clear communication between general staff and management
     Provide basic repairs to equipment and machinery as needed
     Maintain detailed records of any equipment, machinery, or tools that need replacement or excessive repair
     Maintain a clean and organized workspace


EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     Previous management experience required
     Effective communication skills
     Problems solving and process improvement 
     Team player
     Able to stand, bend, stoop, or walk for extended periods of times
     Able to lift up to 80 lbs




SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and/or pass:
     Drug screen including THC
     Criminal background screen
