Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Pay Range: $125k - $175k DOE
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. They will coordinate, plan, and direct all activities related to the manufacturing process, including operations, maintenance, engineering, and capital expenditure request/implementation. The Manufacturing Manager will establish manufacturing policies and procedures, ensure the production and delivery of products within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and costs, and manage the manufacturing staff.

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with application engineers to define medium- and long-term production plans and scheduling.
- Work with commercial departments to plan and schedule raw materials.
- Monitor productivity at the manufacturing plant and optimize production processes according to the operation schedule and production factors.
- Ensure the normal operation of plant equipment by defining and implementing maintenance plans.
- Oversee quality control activities related to manufacturing and product realization, including quality policies, document control, inspection and testing, nonconforming material, and corrective action.
- Coordinate gauge calibration activities and maintain secondary transfer standards used in small electrical gauge calibration
- Budgeting and Resource Management
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Physics, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined work experience in engineering and manufacturing management.
- Experience with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and powder metallurgy.
- Strong knowledge of small electrical components and experience operating and troubleshooting complex production equipment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other industry software.
