We are looking to add experienced LEAD Wind Turbine Technicians to our team! We focus on Large Component repairs.This is a traveling position !

Job requirements :
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Has experience doing Major corrective repairs and replacements
- Perform some diagnostic electrical analysis
- Assist in all areas of site operations
- Submit daily time and travel expenses accurately and on-time
- Perform other related job duties as assigned
- Strong leadership, organization, mechanical aptitude
- Generator bearing changes
- Gearbox pitch tubes and Gearbox switches
- Main shaft splits
What are you offer:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical experience required
- 3 years of wind technician experience preferred
- Ability to climb ladders unassisted and work on towers up to 350 feet
- Work indoors/outdoors in extreme heat/cold for extended periods of time
- Frequently handle, move, and/or lift repetitive weight up to 50 lbs
- Self-initiative with a focus on quality of work and great customer service
- Willing and able to travel 100% of the time.
- Driver’s License required
