CNC Programmer

Colorado Springs, CO | $35–40/hr | 1st Shift, Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to create, revise, and optimize complex CNC programs, setups, and tooling for a precision machine shop. This role works closely with engineers, operators, and project managers to ensure parts are manufactured efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and optimize CNC programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.
• Interpret and process complex blueprints and job packages.
• Program using Mastercam, CAD, and ERP systems; edit drawings and models.
• Provide post-process and on-machine programming support (G-code).
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and fabrication teams to improve efficiency.
• Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and production requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years CNC programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and G-code.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, CAD, and ERP software.
• Experience with FANUC, Haas, and Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to hand-program at the machine when needed.
• Degree/certification in CAD/CAM or related field preferred.
