Are you an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor with a strong background in prototype machining? This is your chance to lead a skilled team in a modern manufacturing facility that supports global industries. We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily operations, drive process improvements, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
Supervise daily operations of a prototype machine shop, including CNC machining, fabrication, and precision assembly.
Lead, coach, and mentor machinists, welders, and fabricators to achieve production goals.
Manage prototype and custom machining projects from setup through inspection.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support new product development and process improvements.
Prioritize workflow, schedule jobs, and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Previous management experience in a prototype machine shop environment (required).
Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and precision tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD/CAM files.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
