Position Overview



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations and manufacturing processes, with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a production environment. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.



As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various manufacturing machines, with a primary focus on CNC equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.



Key Responsibilities



Machine Operation and Setup



  • Operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other computer-controlled equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications
  • Set up machines for production runs by installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials
  • Load programs into CNC machines and verify accuracy before beginning production
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality
  • Monitor machine operations continuously to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications
  • Perform routine machine start-up and shut-down procedures following established protocols


Quality Control and Inspection



  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Verify that parts meet dimensional specifications and quality standards
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate production records
  • Identify defects or quality issues and take corrective action immediately
  • Perform first-piece inspections and periodic quality
