Accurately pick and kit parts for production orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy, including lot and part traceability.
Support the inventory room with organization and cycle counts.
Use email, Teams, and ERP systems to communicate and track work (training provided).
Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to keep operations moving.
Be flexible and available for overtime as production needs arise.
Inventory management or warehouse experience (manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus).
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn email, Teams, and ERP systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
