Kiln Operator


Shift: 2nd shift
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6: 00 PM-6: 00 AM training on 1st shift from 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM
Starting Pay Range: $19/hr + shift differential
Location: Englewood, CO


Manufacturing company specializing in renewable recourses is looking for team members to fill the role of Kiln Operator in the Englewood area.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
     Loading & unloading the kiln
     Manage temperature & ventilation of the kiln each load
     Maintain accurate record of actions each load (i.E. Temperature, load amount, gauge readings, etc.)
     Maintain a clean and organized work area
     Inspect equipment and tools for defects that need to be repaired or replaced as necessary
     Adhere to company safety regulations and procedures


EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     Experience working in production and construction industries is a plus!
     Bending, stooping, lifting for long periods of time
     Must be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
     Visual inspections of materials or completed products
     Must be comfortable working in the elements
     Team player with self-motivation
     Must pass drug and background screenings


SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and/or pass:
     Drug screen including THC
     Criminal background screen
