Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Investment and Annuities Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting lead retirement planners with new and ongoing client relationships, focusing on investments and annuities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in client onboarding, education, and portfolio management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including collecting information and conducting application signing meetings.
  • Participate in client education meetings and communicate effectively about the progress of onboarding and applications.
  • Conduct annual reviews with current clients to discuss and evaluate financial needs and portfolio performance.
  • Discuss and evaluate investment allocation options and annuity plans with clients.
  • Assist in rebalancing and reallocating investment portfolios as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attend client events, and encourage client participation.
  • Opportunity for advancement into a lead investment advisor role.



Qualifications:

  • Required: One or both - Series 65 or equivalent investment advisory license; Life & Annuity license
  • Experience in wealth management offices.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and annuities.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with senior advisors.
