Our client is a retirement financial services company is a fast growing team throughout FL. They are seeking a sales enthusiast who is looking to grow their career in the financial services industry (no financial experience necessary!)



Job Title: Annuity and Investment Advisor Sales Specialist/Assistant
Locations: Jacksonville, FL and The Villages, FL
Who You Are:
An organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting the delivery of top-tier annuity and investment financial planning services. You bring a unique blend of administrative prowess, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to enhance client experiences. You're eager to be an integral part of a team dedicated to guiding clients through their retirement journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meeting Facilitation: Attend client meetings, ensuring thorough documentation of discussions and action items. Your notes will be the foundation for follow-up tasks and strategies.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the planner's calendar efficiently. Schedule and confirm client meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  3. Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and the advisor. Address queries and provide information as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  4. Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations. Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role within financial services.
  • Sales experience following and sourcing leads, cold calling, and successfully setting appointments. 
  • Self-motivated to grow your client connections and nurture relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and financial planning tools 
  • Strong follow-up and organization skills - working with hundreds of clients!




Preferred but not required: 

You're adept in navigating the intricacies of life insurance and annuities, backed by relevant licensing. Your Series 65 credential reflects your commitment to upholding fiduciary standards.
  • - Life and Annuity Licensed.
  • - Series 65 Licensed.
