Shift: 1
Days: Monday-Sunday, rotation schedule 3 days on/3 days off
Hours: 6: 00AM-6: 00PM
Starting Pay Range: $27 per hour
Location: Millington, TN

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess equipment for any wear & tear, problems with alignment, missing pieces, proper assembly, etc.
Identify any problems with equipment and provide efficient solutions
Identify emergency or urgent needs that may require machine shut down to avoid further damage
Assemble, install, and operate machinery as needed
Utilize hand and power tools as needed
Conduct electrical and/or gas welding as needed
Assist in other departments as other misc. Mechanical needs may arise
Adhere to company safety regulations
EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
4 years of industrial manufacturing experience preferred, at least 2 years experience required
Able to read/write technical drawings, shop symbols, and blueprints
Familiar with using voltage meter
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Well-versed in mechanical mathematics
Willing to work flexible hours and on-call schedules
Willing to travel as needed
Able to communicate effectively and clearly
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must have a valid Driver s License
