As an Electrical Field Leader, you’ll oversee Foremen, team leaders, and craft professionals to deliver quality, safe, on-time, and within-budget projects. We’re seeking individuals committed to success on both personal and project levels.

Compensation:

• Salary: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
• 2+ years of leadership experience in an industrial electrical setting
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate teams to ensure project success
• Oversee project execution, budgets, and timelines
• Set the safety tone and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Build strong relationships with clients and allied trades
• Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Manage project plans, layouts, and execution

Work Environment:

• Expect to work in high and confined spaces, with exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and dust, adhering to safety standards. This position supports clients in Eastern Colorado and requires travel (never overnight) within the Fort Collins area.
