Your capabilities:

• Oversee Industrial construction projects related to energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
• Recruiting and lead, train and supervise teams.
• Enforce project safety requirements.
• Monitor job costs and overall performance
• Review and provide feedback on overall project schedule, working with Project Engineer to update and distribute to internal and external stakeholders
• Complete written reports of job process, cost and other matters as requested.
• Assists craft supervision in coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures and specifications.
• Produce cost based estimates for RFP's.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in construction of industrial projects.
• 4+ years experience as Project Manager in any field.
• Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing/ estimating program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
• OSHA safety training.
• Clean and Valid drivers license.
•
