Currently seeking a motivated leader to be the GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT of our Mechanical division.

Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles: 

  • 8+ years experience in the industry. (commercial and industrial plumbing, mechanical, process and HVAC contracting)
  • Strong mechanical and plumbing skillset with emphasis on quality, safety, productivity.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key staff, subcontractors, and vendors. 
  • Independent decision making.
  • Develop approach for projects.
  • Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities. 
  • Monitor process, performance and quality of work.
  • Keep proper and complete documentation of project. 
  • Provide training, mentoring, coaching and leadership to field personnel.
