Job Description

Currently seeking both an ESTIMATOR and a SENIOR ESTIMATOR for our Electrical Division.

Your capabilities:

  • Negotiate prices with vendors/subcontractors through quotations for materials/services.
  • Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the estimating team.
  • Material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
  • Verify Estimate accuracy by comparing data versus similar bids.
  • Estimate indirect cost including management, construction equipment and tools, support facilities.
  • Support successful competitive bid projects.
  • Engage in proposal presentations.


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years ELECTRICAL construction estimating experience
  • Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills
  • Craft experience in electrical for COMMERCIAL projects
  • Provide Value Engineering ideas
  • Understanding the influence of market conditions on pricing
  • Travel to walk jobs as needed
