Consistent, local projects – one job at a time, usually lasting months to over a year.
First project lined up – Location in Aurora (Project slated to last through March).
Leadership opportunities – manage crews of 10+ and step into bigger responsibilities when busy season hits.
Non-union environment – keep your independence while still earning strong pay and benefits.
Lead crews on commercial and multi-family framing/drywall projects ($5M–$20M).
Keep jobs moving: review drawings, coordinate with subs, track materials, and handle change orders.
Ensure quality, safety, and clear communication on site.
Stay hands-on (bags on) until spring, then shift into more oversight.
Experience with cold form and exterior framing, interior framing, and drywall.
Ability to read shop drawings and manage workflow.
Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
A reliable vehicle to get to site (gas card included).
