As a Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by scheduling and dispatching installers to job sites throughout the Denver metro area. Your communication and organizational skills will help ensure technicians arrive on time and customers receive outstanding service.

Pay

• $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time
• No weekends

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch installers to customer job sites throughout the Denver metro area.
• Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with field technicians, customers, and internal team members.
• Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatcher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Denver, Aurora, and surrounding Colorado roadways and routes.
• Experience with scheduling appointments or coordinating field service teams.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
