We are a GROWING Manufacturing company!

Currently we are looking to bring on a Director of Human Resources for our Price, Utah location.

THIS IS NOT A 100% TRAVELLING ROLE (but will require 25%-35% travel) . This is an on-site/ in-office opportunity that will require you to be local.

What you can offer:

  • 10+ years experience with HR Manager Duties including Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Retention, Investigation/Legal considerations.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing or construction organizations.
  • Understanding of skilled labor.
  • Experience working through significant growth phases and challenges associated with scaling processes, software and teams.
  • HR Management at a company with 500-1500+ employees.
  • Experience navigating a variety of challenging HR situations.
  • Troubleshooting, problem solving mindset.
  • Excellent people skills, charisma, communication, and ability to connect with a variety of workers from professional to front line.
