Job Title: Manufacturing Lead
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $26-30/hr
Schedule: 10 pm- 6:30 am (Sunday- Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management (shift startup, shift handoffs, hour-by-hour checks)
• Cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• 5S, standard work, and quality audits
• Autonomous maintenance activities
• Train, coach, and support production team members, maintaining up-to-date training plans.
• Arrive 15 minutes before shift start to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
• Support continuous improvement through 5S initiatives and standard work reinforcement.
• Step into production operations when necessary to achieve output and quality goals.
• Promote a professional, safety-first, and collaborative culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and process auditing
• Proven ability to train and develop others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
