We are seeking Electrical Assemblers to join our team in Centennial, CO wiring high speed, automated machines!
Shift: 5:30 am- 2 pm
Pay: $24.78/hr
Desired skillset:
• Prior experience assembling and troubleshooting knockout boxes, panels, wiring harnesses and wire terminations.
• Familiar with common electrical assembly tools and ability to use related functions in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to: wire cutters, tube benders, conduit benders, etc.
• Understanding of the proper electrical safety techniques (Mostly low voltage operations, but some high
voltage)
• Knowledge of how to build sub-assemblies that are incorporated into finished product.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or schematics. Redlines drawings to submit to
engineering.
• Understanding of machine logics, motors and drives.
• Understanding of how to label wiring to make trouble shooting possible during assembly and for the customer.
• Ability to properly read measuring equipment to verify part or assembly quality.
May use assembly electrical test equipment, including but not limited to: voltmeters,
multimeters, etc.
• Experience performing shakedowns, teardowns and punch list items for machines.
• Demonstrates familiarity with IFS and shop order structure/build sequences.
• Checks and troubleshoots each electrical set-up to prep machine for customer buy-off.
• Always applies lock-out tag-out procedures.
