Position:    Data Entry Specialist 


Shift: 1st Shift  
Days: Monday - Friday 
Hours:  7: 30am - 4: 30pm 
Starting Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour 


A well established manufacturing company, committed to producing superior tactical, sporting, and cutlery knives and accessories is growing!   We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist. 


We are looking for a data entry specialist to help with customer/product information and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, require limited oversight with delegated tasks and is highly dependable. They will illustrate proficient Microsoft Excel skills and are detail oriented. Prior NetSuite experience is preferred. The candidate will be reporting to our NetSuite Administrator. 


Essential Functions: 

• Enter data provided directly from customers and administrative teams into NetSuite
• Create spreadsheets encompassing large data sets 
• Verify data by comparing to other sources
• Review existing data from totality and precision 
• Retrive data from existing databases or other electronic files as a requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure data integrity 

Job Information:

• The data Specialist will report to the Sales team
• ERP expertise 
• 10 key is a plus
