Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Satisfaction Manager to join our team in Berthoud, CO!


Pay: $23-26/hr


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service, order processing, and follow-ups.
  • Process purchase orders, quotes, and shipping schedules.
  • Input purchase orders and forecasts into SyteLine.
  • Monitor and adjust shipping schedules as needed.
  • Manage customer accounts, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Track price changes and engineering change orders.
  • Handle special shipping requests and respond to inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
