We are seeking a Customer Satisfaction Manager to join our team in Berthoud, CO!
Pay: $23-26/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Process purchase orders, quotes, and shipping schedules.
- Input purchase orders and forecasts into SyteLine.
- Monitor and adjust shipping schedules as needed.
- Manage customer accounts, issue resolution, and reporting.
- Track price changes and engineering change orders.
- Handle special shipping requests and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
