What you offer:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Manage all phases of the construction project, from pre-construction to completion.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects up to $20M in scope.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
• Manage project risks and issues, and provide solutions as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
