What we look for in this role:

• 3+ years experience as an Estimator within Multi-family and Commercial Construction.
• Self Performing construction estimate experience required!
• Experience with Stone, Drywall, and Stucco is a huge plus but not necessarily required
• Negotiation of pricing, scope and materials.
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates and ROMs for commercial and multi-family construction projects.
• Analyze quotes and makes comparisons from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality.
