What you have to offer:

• 3+ years experience in Commercial Construction
• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Estimating experience is a huge PLUS
• Ability to Manage Financials/ Budget
• Contracts and negotiations
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Client interfacing
• Computer savvy with construction software capabilities.
• Confidence to step in and hit the ground running
